A Little Obsessed

Basically my ramblings and posts/re- posts on things I like and fanfictions I write. Who knows, maybe it'll turn into something worthwhile later?

My first thought before seeing where this was from was, Why isn’t Sherlock in the other barrel?

Or, y’know, that thing called “Passover.”

Or the whole thing with Noah’s Ark where he killed off everything in the world except Noah and his family, and two of every animal. Y’know, no big deal. Just millions of people.

90% of the Old Testament is about God killing people in temper tantrums

Are we not going to mention Jesus?

Nailed it.

*wheeze*

Oh my god.

Nailed it.

Guys, I don’t want to cause some sort of religious debate, but just gonna spout off my viewpoint.  The Bible does have many people dying and many of them you pointed out.  But to me, all these people dying were not because of a temper tantrum or because HE wanted them to happen.  Deaths, especially Jesus’, were for GOD’s ultimate purpose to be done.  Yes, Passover happened, but to show the power of GOD and his sovereignty.  HE will always take care of his people. Yes, Jesus died, but to save the sins of all mankind.  HE will always take care of his people.
